We loved the location of this hotel, being just a few steps from the vibrant eats at Harry's Pizzeria and the tranquil strolls through Peacock Park, making our first visit to Miami an unforgettable experience. the staff were incredibly accommodating and the facilities were pristine and chic, creating a wonderful atmosphere for our stay.

Loved the location—walkable to cute cafes! The stylish rooms were a sight for sore eyes, and those nightly water bottles and chocolates? Pure bliss!

Could’ve used a coffee maker—no one wants to go hunting for caffeine in the morning, darling! Unless you enjoy modern-day treasure hunts.

Highly recommend for families with kids

So we stayed at this place and wow it was really nice. The rooftop restaurant had a view of the Bay that was just breathtaking and the staff treated us like royalty, going out of their way to help us with everything we needed. The kids loved the pool area with comfy chairs and they had sunscreen available which was a big plus. Also, the service was impeccable, everyone was genuinely friendly like they actually care. I felt like we were treated as family here.

It was pricey but you get what you pay for right

The staff's attentiveness, including special touches like downservice in the evening, made the experience unforgettable. The restaurant served incredible food, and don't miss out on the homemade jams. However, noise from neighboring rooms occasionally disrupted the peaceful atmosphere, and some amenities were not as readily available as expected. Overall, an enjoyable stay worth returning for.

The rooftop at Bellini was a standout, with stunning views and delicious cocktails – perfect for a sunset chill. Loved the welcome Bellini and the comfy poolside setup, complete with plenty of towels! Had our luggage racks set up effortlessly by the staff when we returned from a day out, which was a nice touch. It really felt like I had a home away from home here!

Amazing Stay in Coconut Grove!

Had a fab time here! The Superior King Room was super comfy and the staff were so friendly, always there when we needed something. Poolside snacks were tasty, especially the mojitos. The only bummer was the parking situation—got a bit tricky at times. But overall, an awesome place to chill out with the fam.

The initial room was less than impressive, facing an unappealing roof cluttered with air conditioning units, though a move was facilitated. There’s a significant resort fee for a property lacking traditional resort amenities, with no expansive grounds or spacious public areas—simply a pool area that could benefit from more shade and safety precautions due to its slippery surface. Interestingly, descriptions for room bookings can be misleading. what I expected as ocean view turned out to be a view of the city, and noise from renovations near the terrace added to the disruption.
